Ditzy Squall (2003-2006) was an angular free form, math rock 3-piece: Chrissie Butler on guitar and vox, Aaron Lloydd on bass and Kieran Monaghan on drums. Ditzy Squall played locally in Wellington and around Aotearoa New Zealand. They also ventured to Eastern Europe and Japan.

Unwilling to be pigeon holed, Ditzy Squall performed in local rock gigs, noise festivals, the Wellington International Jazz Festival, and at Wellington’s Punkfest. Their album, Skirt remains available on Skirted Records.
